A separate queue was created for small test tasks

Dear users!

Due to the dense stream of heavy tasks occupying a lot of cluster resorces a separate queue lite_task was created for short tasks (compilation, debuggings and test tasks). On a lite_task queue time limit is set to 3 hours.

Now for debugging and compilation of the programs it is not needed to wait while free resources will appear in a main queue. In order to add task in the lite_task queue at a start through a portal in a menu item "Section of cluster" it is necessary to choose lite_task, at a start from a console to the command of start it is needed to add the key -p lite_task.
